West Ham loanee Joao Mario sounds like a man wanting to get a full time gig at the London Stadium.

The Inter Milan midfielder has been talking up his position at the club claiming that it’s very important he shows his quality in a West Ham shirt.

He said: “I am glad to be here and I will give everything, I can see right away that the game is really fast and physical [in the Premier League].

According to Calciomercarto  Mario would be keen to make a permanent switch to The Hammers but with no permanent agreement in place with Inter some fierce negotiations will need to take place between the two clubs.

Inter have the player priced up at £38 million euros which may not only be too rich for the Irons blood but could well be seen as being over the top in current market values.

A Hammers insider made it clear the club want to take a very good look at the 25 year old but  a decision on whether to mount a bid  will be left with manager David Moyes -now firmly expected to be offered a permanent deal in the summer.
