Birmingham City forward Che Adams is being linked with a move to West Ham by the Mirror.

The 20-year-old scored seven goals in 40 appearances for Birmingham this season following his move from Sheffield United, for a fee in the region of £2m.

He was playing for non-league Ilkeston before joining Sheffield United in 2014, and 15 goals in 55 games for the Blades saw him earn a move to Birmingham last summer.

Birmingham Boss Harry Redknapp told the Birmingham Mail that he feels Adams has ‘real potential’ and could go to the very top of the game if he continues to work hard and improve.

“He is a handful, he is a kid with real potential, I think he has got the ability to go all the way if he works at his game. He has definitely got what it takes,” said Redknapp.
