Hammers Summer target Gylfi Sigurdsson has been discussing his Swansea future after admitting that he dreams of playing for a big club.

“Hopefully if I continue doing well for Swansea and Iceland then in the near future, I can play in a big club. I am enjoying being one of the senior players, though.

“We may be in a tough spot, but I am kind of enjoying the pressure of that. I am trying to make the most of that and help the team to get three points every week.”

Mirror man Darren Lewis says West Ham will make a second attempt this summer to land Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson. He claims the Hammers lined up the 27 year old Icelandic international as a replacement for Payet in January but Swansea rebuffed the approach. Now it appears West Ham are now set for a second move in the summer.
