Hammers well fancied to stay out of trouble

West Ham are as safe as houses from relegation this season according to the nation’s bookies despite their double defeats at the start of the season.

The 4-0 defeat at Anfield and 2-1 home revers against Bournemouth has done nothing to dent confidence in the team staying well out of the drop zone this season.

And Manuel Pellegrini is as big as 12/1 in some places to hold onto his job this term.

The Hammers are  as long as 15/2  with some bookies to remain in the Premier League and no shorter that 9/2 in others.

Neil Warnock’s Cardiff City are big favourites for the drop at between 8/13 and 4/9 with Hunddersfield, Fulham and Manchester United conquerors, Brighton and Hove Albion, among the other fancied teams to take to drop.

Huddersfield’s odds range between 6/5 to 8/13, Fuham’s 15/8 to 14/5 and Brighton’s 9/4 to 13/5.
