Here’s the odds on us signing our targets

The bookies – we are told never get it wrong – but when it comes to novelty bets such as where a player is going to end up in the summer transfer market that may not hold true.

We’ve taken a look at the prices of players joining West Ham after days of speculation in the media and this is the way the bookies see it.

We have our own ideas and will give you the best bet as we see it towards the end of this piece.

Sky Bet go 7/1 Michy Batshuayi joing us with Newcastle priced at 9/4. Everton 9/2 and Monaco at 7/1.

Burnley striker Andre Gray is priced at 5/2 to join us with Everton favourites at 2/1, Leicester get a 4/9 quote for Kelechi Iheanachov with ourselves at 9/4 whilst Joe Hart is priced at a crazy 13/8 to find his way to the London Stadium. Newcastle are second favourites at 2/1.

JAVIER HERNANDEZ very short 7/4 to arrive with Manchester United second favourites at 7/1.

The safest bet in there it seems to us is that we will sign Andre Gray as a second or third choice striker and 5/2 looks a decent price.
