How teams will build walls against Payet free kicks

Saturday afternoon saw Crystal Palace put seven men in their wall to protect them from a famous Payet free kick when a more usual amount for a mere mortal would be four or five.

Teams have become extremely wary that a free kick awarded to West Ham within 35 yards is almost like having a penalty decision given against them.  One enterprising supporter put this comical picture on social media with tag in that Dimtri Payet would still score. It certainly does feel like we have the best free kick taker in the world at the moment. I just don’t think you understand! 😉
