Hughie hands out the marks

Fabianski: Beaten for the goal when frankly might have been better prepared for the quickly taken shot. Distribution again less than adequate 5

Kehrer: Another very decent display at right back from a highly versatile operator 7

Dawson: Outstanding again and very clever play to win the penalty equaliser 8

Zouma: One or two hurried clearances but essentially another steady 90 minutes 7

Cresswell: Involved of much attacking movement most of which came down the left – defended well with one particular block in second half 7

Rice: Looking very good on the ball again – broke it up and set stuff up as ever 8

Soucek: Might have given more but far better than we saw earlier in season 6

Paqueta: Some really exciting glimpses. What a player he will be when he hits his best form 7

Fornals: Always busy trying to make stuff happen. No complaints at all 7

Bowen: A real threat when on the ball and well taken pen made for a good afternoon 8

Scamacca: Could easilyu have had a hat trick after some poor first half misses but the calmest goal you will ever see which thankfully survived VAR 7

Subs:

Antonio: What a lad to bring off the bench – worked so hard grabbed a goal and still plenty of life in him 7

Emerson: Late arrival – no rating
