The Hammers were close to clinching a a year’s loan deal in excess of £5 million which was made up of £70k a week in wages and a £2.5 million loan fee.

It’s a typical close to deadline situation and the latest word from inside Upton park is that talks aimed at making the exciting Forest winger a Hammer are continuing.

The Hammers have increased their first £5 million bid of a few weeks ago to £7 million but that the talking is continuing.

ClaretandHugh was told: “All options are still open but we are not alone in our interest for Moses. A club is trying to gazump us ”
