Richarlison sale unlikely to put Everton in the race

However, right now, this is out of West Ham’s hands simply because his Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel wants to take a final look at him ahead of the season whilst the club visits the States.

There’s nothing whatsoever the Hammers can do at the moment so shouts of “Just do it” and ” spend the wedge” are pointless. It’s all in Chelsea’s hands – not ours.

Everton are apparently in the mix but despite selling Richarlison but the Toffees remain heavily in debt and certainly at this point Frank Lampard is unable to challenge David Moyes on the financial front.

The price being attached to a player reflects the scarcity of quality front men in the game at present so this is about the going price to expect.
