David Moyes has pledged to do all he can to bring in a couple of players to help the Hammers cause with just a few days of the winter transfer window left.

The injury to Manu Lanzini could possibly cause a major problem and Moyes declared; “We will do all we can to bring in players to help.”

One name being mentioned is Samir Nasri who arrived in Turkey at Antalyaspor after six years at Manchester City, having formerly been with Arsenal and Marseilles.

The 30-year-old midfielder  is looking for a fresh start and a board member Cumhur Arici said: ‘A clear decision has been made for a parting of the ways with Nasri.

‘His manager will come and negotiations will be made on the subject of money owed and we will part company.’

Meanwhile the Hammers are reported to still be talking about a loan deal involving Inter Milan’s Joao Mario while they have also asked about Bologna’s Adam Masina.

And on the outward front it’s claimed they have rejected an offer from Rennes for Diafra Sakho but that Bordeaux are also expected to make an offer for the 28-year-old.
