Jack Wilshere on his love for West Ham

Jack Wilshere was interviewed about how he supported West Ham as a boy earlier this week. He was watching England v Colombia with 400 supporters last Tuesday in the William Hill Arms as part of a promotional event

Wilshere told the Sportsman:

“I think I must have been about six or seven, my whole family were West Ham fans, I was a West Ham fan, still have a soft spot for them of course. I love, I used to love them back in the day when I was a kid.

I had all the shirts, my brother did, I think I had John Moncur on the back of that, you know?

That’s how long along it was!”
