Jamie Redknapp has told the Daily Mail that he grew up supporting the Hammers and he has always believed in the West Ham way.

Jamie told the Mail. “At the start of the season West Ham fans were hoping Slaven Bilic would make sure they were still playing Premier League football when they move to the Olympic Stadium. He is doing so much more.”

“I grew up supporting West Ham and always believed in the ‘West Ham way.’ This current team is exactly what the fans want to see. With Mark Noble and Cheikhou Kouyate providing the base, Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Victor Moses can really go out and play. “

“Payet has been outstanding and has helped West Ham become an expansive attacking team. It’s been a brilliant start but bizarrely West Ham are only a point better off than this time last season.”

“The big difference this time is the away games. They have the best away record in the league and have 13 points from a very tough set of games — in the same fixtures last year they had just four. I like what Bilic has done and he won’t want to let it slip.”
