West Ham Kudus deal is close

The eponymous (great word) Fabrizio Romano has spoken and apparently West Ham are about to sign the exciting Mohammed Kudus

The Italian journalist has just shared an update (via Twitter), reporting that the transfer of the 23-year-old Ghana international is now just a “matter of details”.

The permanently well dressed Romano ( it must be an Italian thing !) explained that the final documents are being checked and then the attacking midfielder will officially be a new West Ham player as the deal is closed.

As reported earlier on ClaretandHugh, he netted a hattrick for Ajax last night

We are approaching a level that we could not have dreamed about a month ago. Quality players arriving and in my humble view , we are about to land the signing of the season !

With Romano suggesting it is now just a “matter of details”, it is safe to assume that the deal is practically complete and the Kudus shirts can start being printed at the printers.

What a signing.!!
