Last ever ball kicked at the Boleyn Ground

This week saw the final pitch event to be staged at the Boleyn  ground. The charity match in aid Isala’s smiles and the Jackson’s smile foundation was played on Monday evening at 7pm and raised £6,000. The flyer for the event proclaimed “Be the last EVER spectators of the FINAL game ever to be played at West Ham’s Upton Park!”

“Come and join us to support two fantastic charities & watch a 2 hour match played by fans and held by West Ham football club.”

“All profit made on the evening will go to Isala’s smiles and the Jackson’s smile foundation. Gates open 6pm and (kick off 7pm) Event closes 10pm. Family/Friends £10 Children (3+) £5”

A message in Isala’s smiles facebook page said  “Yesterday we was very lucky to be a part of the last ever match played at West Hams Boyleyn ground. A massive Thank you to Paul at Grayers Graphics – Vinyl Wrapping & Printing shop and his team for such an amazing night and for letting us be a part of it all. We are so so grateful for everything you have done for Isla, from the bottom of hearts thank you.

Isla & Jack had an amazing night with some beautiful memories for us all. A huge thank you to everyone who came to support #‎teamisla‬ we love you all lots. To anyone else we have missed thank you!!
