Leroy’s verdict: It could be a classic!

It may seem the mos obvious thing in the world to say but the Irons will HAVE to take every chance that comes their way against City this afternoon.

And they will get some because the manner in which Pellegrini’s team approaches game ensure that will happen so it may be a case of grabbing them and holding on although hopefully not as desperately as they did up there!

Having said that I honestly believe we WILL get something from the game despite our difficulties up front where the time may have come to give Michail Antonio a central role and play Victor Moses wide.

The boy has bags of pace and power and could prove a real surprise packed on the City defence  in that sort of role. It’s a big ask for the fella maybe but he has already answered a lot of questions of him this season.

The game has been billed by some as a Payet v Aguero affair and they are both great players of whom much is expected. If Dimi is on his game there’s not a team in the world coping with him so fingers crossed.

I believe Winston Reid will get a recall  today and be handed the job of looking after Aguero and whilst City are without Vincent Kompany they have now kept clean sheets in their last three and have world class players to draft in.

We have to come and fast as this slow-starting business has been a problem at various times this season – last week at Newcastle being the latest example.

I see a draw – 1-1 with Payet the scorer. It could be a classic!
