The FSF Away Fans Feedback Survey 2017/18 has not fared well for the London Stadium for the second year running.

The FSF Away Fans Feedback Survey asked visiting fans to rate a range of factors across the whole of their matchday experience, both outside and inside the ground.

All Away  fans were asked to rate the various factors on the following scale: 5 (Excellent), 4 (Good), 3 (Adequate), 2 (Poor) and 1 (Very Poor). An average has been taken of these responses to arrive at the results below.

The survey was completed by a total of 1417 fans visiting Premier League grounds during the 2017/18 season.

West Ham were ranked 20th of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 2.97

The average for the Premier League was 3.65

West Ham ranked 18th of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 2.71

The average for the Premier League was 3.13

Quality/comfort of the away section at the London Stadium

West Ham ranked 15th of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 3.08

The average for the Premier League was 3.38

Behaviour of the London Stadium stewards

West Ham ranked 20th of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 3.02.

The average for the Premier League was 3.61

Overall value for money at  the London Stadium

West Ham ranked 20th of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 2.91.

The average for the Premier League was 3.64.
