Manuel Lanzini was rated West Ham’s best player on Saturday against Fulham in the pre-season friendly.

Claret and Hugh readers gave the midfielder an average score of 7.91 pipping Jack Wilshere who scored 7.74.

Fabianksi was third place with 7.48 while Declan Rice bagged fourth on 7.44, Issa Diop was next on 7.26 with the last of the seven scores going to an impressive performance by Ben Johnson who received an average score of 7.38.

Top of the sixes was new signing and debutee Pablo Fornals plus Felipe Anderson both on an average score of 6.94. Michail Antonio was close behind on 6.93, the record signing and fellow debutee was next on 6.85.

Aaron Cresswell scored 6.48 followed by Arthur Masuaku on 6.45 with the last of sixes going to Fabian Balbuena on 6.28.

Grady Diangana was top of the fives on 5.98 closely followed by Yarmolenko on 5.91, Robert Snodgrass scored 5.89.

Pablo Zabaleta scored a disappointing 5.52 while the two worst scores went to Javier Hernandez 5.36 and Carlos Sanches on the bottom average score of 5.2
