Massive Arnie blow as Lanzini news gets worse

West Ham’s injury crisis has been revealed as far more serious than originally believed with both Manu Lanzini and Marko Arnautovich being

ClaretanHugh learned over the last few minutes that the Austrian has a torn hamstring and the early estimate is that he will miss the next three weeks following a scan today.

Meanwhile we have also discovered that Lanzini’s injury is more serious than at first revealed with the player suffering a ruptured hamstring.

That could keep him out for six weeks although there are fears that he could now be missing for an even longer  period.

The two injuries are a total nightmare for the club and it is putting immense pressure on Michail Antonio who returned to training with the under 23s at Chadwell Heath today.

We were told: “He returns to training proper on Friday  and we shouldn’t use him for even en half an hour against Crystal Palace next Tuesday but we need him!”
