Arthur Masuaku made his 100th appearance in a West Ham shirt yesterday and what an appearance it was!

He had the most touches of the game with 56, most successful passes with 27, most total duels with 12, most recoveries with eight, most take-on’s with two as well as an unorthodox display to get out of trouble with three Man City players on him.

Masuaku had a tough time to deal with the pace of City right back Kyle Walker but he was superb in the opening 45 minutes, both defensively and offensively. Quite simply he was superb throughout and possibly one of his best games for the Hammers.

Masuaku was also instrumental in defending one-on-one against Riyad Mahrez. The 26-year-old left-footer looks so much more comfortable for the Hammers when used as a left wing-back, as he showed what he can do with his pace going forward against Man City.

After the game, Arthur wrote on Social media Tough game but still fought to get a point of it great job lads @WestHam (lucky to not f**k it up in the end”

Well done Arthur!
