Moyes waits anxiously for news of two players

David Moyes has admitted it is too early to tell how badly Mark Noble and Aaron Cresswell are injured if at all.

The manager admitted his 33-year-old captain received a bad kick on the elbow and it was too early to tell.

Nobes looks in visible pain after the incident and tried to soldier on until he was substituted.

Noble will have a scan when the swelling goes down to reveal the extent of the injury.

On Aaron Cresswell Moyes told reporters: “I’ve not spoken to the medical team yet about it, when I get a chance I’ll find out.”

Although early diagnosis seems to indicate it might not be too serious he will be scanned to find out the extent of any damage.

After losing Declan Rice and Michail Antonio is the last two weeks David Moyes could do with a break and he hoping both of this players will recover before the next game against Newcastle.
