West Ham manager David Moyes has confirmed yesterday’s Claret and Hugh claim that Aaron Cresswell is a doubt or the Premier League clash at  the London Stadium against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Cressy suffered from back and leg pain after colliding with the goal post in Manchester on Sunday in snowy conditions.

Speaking to reporters at his pre-match press conference 1.30pm this afternoon David  Moyes said “We’ve got a doubt about Aaron Cresswell, but he’s been out today so we’re hopeful that he’s not too bad. We’ll see how he is.”

Cresswell has trained today but faces a late fitness test as ClaretandHugh told you yesterday before he can be given the all clear.

Apart from long term absentee Angelo Ogbonna the manager confirmed he has no other new injury concerns and is likely to have a full squad to choose from.

Cress — as we suggested is likely to face a late fitness test on his back with either Vladi Coufal or Ben Johnson set to replace him if he doesn’t make it.

With two in five days we could see some rotation tomorrow or Saturday to keep the players fresh and rest some weary legs.
