David Moyes refused to be drawn into Manchester United potential rule breach when the Old Trafford boss named a weakened side against Leicester City mid-week

They later lost to Liverpool 4-2 at Old Trafford after Manchester United fans attempted to blockade the Liverpool team coach.

The manager told reporters at today’s pre-match press conference that he had no complaints saying  Manchester United can do whatever they want, “Ole can do whatever he wants with his team.”

Moyes did add that he thought that reporters should be asking the Premier League those questions rather than himself.

Manchester United made 10 changes mid-week when they faced fourth-place Leciester City and there are accusations they breached rule L19 by not fielding their strongest team which gave the Foxes an unfair advantage.

The Premier League are unlikely to sanction the top six club and have been reluctant to enforce this rule in the past.

Leciester City are now third on 66 points some seven  points above the Hammers.
