West Ham has one of the oldest – if not THE oldest squad – in the Premier League which many believe is one of our biggest problems right now.

But David Moyes sees things differently of course as we head into the game against Noottingham Forest this afternoon explaining that he hopes that experience is going to pay off.

That kind of overlooks that it was possibly the situation which arrived us in this position but speaking to reporters the manager explained.

He said: “I hope the experience can pay off. We have bought Gianluca at 23 and Paqueta at 25, Thilo 24, so in then main the boys we tried to bring were young.

You need it, but I hope the experienced players will help us now, with Danny Ings and Angelo Ogbonna, we have Fabianski. We are needing experience. Declan is still a very young captain, very young player. we need experienced boys.
