Josh Cullen may have impressed David Moyes sufficiently to remain at West Ham beyond the transfer window deadline.

The manager has been deeply impressed with the young midfielder’s attitude both on and off the pitch and is edging towards a decision to keep him at the club.

He has decisions to make on both Cullen and Reece Burke’s possible return to Bolton before the window /closes and given his current lack of midfield options the decision to keep Cullen may be easier than that involving the central defender.

Cullen and Burke have been on loan at Bolton where the midfielder has made 14 appearances and Burke 17.

Moyes is also set to allow Reece Oxford the opportunity of continuing his loan spell with Borrusia Monchengladbach who are keen to see the 19 year old return.

At what is a busy time for the club, the boss also remains active trying to find a couple of new arrivals but still hasn’t settled on his priority signings with the window open for just a few more days.
