Moyes favourite on a free

Adnan Januzaj, a David Moyes favourite, is set to be available for absolutely nothing this summer.

The Belgium international has won 15 caps but made his breakthrough at Manchester United when Moyes was in the dugout at Old Trafford.

In that ill-fated 2013/14 season, Januzaj made 35 appearances for United, and even went on to play for Sunderland on loan when Moyes was in charge at the Stadium of Light.

He has since been with Real Sociedad, moving to the Spanish club in 2017 and has gone on to make 168 appearances for the club but he is now poised to leave at the end of his contract.

Reports in Spain have claimed that he could be an option for Barcelona as well as Roma, but Moyes’ Hammers are also said to be interested in doing a deal for the winger.

It remains to be seen if Januzaj will be willing to come back to England but he has worked under Moyes twice before and it seems as though this would be an easy deal to do.
