David Moyes has warned Joe Hart that his World cup ambitions MUST take second place to West Ham’s Premier League survival.

The new manager has been as straight as a die since arriving at the club explaining that nothing will get in his way of steering the team to safety.

And he has made it clear again declaring: “When I came in I said I would tell you straight, I wouldn’t kid anybody.”

Nobody would argue with that’s not been the case and whilst he has his soft side the Scot explained: “I have compassion for the players as well, that’s why it wasn’t easy — but it’s West Ham I have to get results for.”

And in telling his attitude towards the Joe Hart axeing against Chelsea he said: “Joe wasn’t happy and we will get a response.

“He is such a good professional, so experienced that he will be back playing, there is no doubt about that.

“Obviously, he wants to play but I’ve got to do what’s best for West Ham and pick the players I think will get us a result.”
