New Hugill move on the cards

Hammers misfit Jordan Hugill is being lined up for a loan move to an unnamed club but at a cost!

Having already turned down the chance of a switch to Wigan Athletic the striker is now apparently being left with the latest loan option to consider.

He rejected the chance of a move to Wigan because it would have involved a cut in wages and his request for a £2 million pay off was then snubbed by the Hammers.

But the club have refused to give up on  David Moyes’ £8 million signing and he could now be on his way for another year-long loan deal after his spell at Middlesbrough last season failed to result in a permanent deal.

After the possible deal was tweeted by ExWHUemployee, ClaretandHugh learned the Hammers will miss out on losing the player’s entire wage costs.

We understand from a top Hammers insider by email the interested club only want to pay 60 per cent of his reported £33k he is receiving at the London Stadium.

The unamed club has been reported as QPR but there has been other interest from other Championship clubs such as West Brom and Derby.
