No room for former Hammer in Italy

Former Hammer Ravel Morrison could have his contract with Lazio terminated by mutual consent to allow him to pursue his troubled career elsewhere.  The Italian press claim the Italian club are looking to save on his wages after his loan to Mexican club Atlas ended and it is claimed there no room in the Lazio squad for him.

He has been at Lazio since 2015 after being released West Ham, he is contracted until June 2019 with Serie A side, but reports claim both sides could agree to terminate the contract earlier allowing him  to move to another club as a free agent.

The 25-year-old scored five times for the Hammers from 24 appearances. The former Manchester United midfielder joined West Ham in January 2012 as a 22-year-old  costing £1m in fees and appearance bonuses.

Earlier this year Ravel message Carlton Cole on social media saying  ‘Bring me back to West Ham, you have the power’
