There were no reports of trouble, no arrests, no ejections and no major incidents at the London Stadium last night ClaretandHugh have been told this morning.

Stadium operators London Stadium 185 increased stewarding by 200 to 950 staff last night despite the attendance being 17,000 under the 57,000 capacity of the stadium. Dozens of police was visible outside the stadium including patrolling the stadium island.

The away segregation area was increased despite just 800 Accrington Stanley fans who made the journey down south.

A source close to the stadium operator told ClaretandHugh this morning “There were no major incidents and no supporter arrests last night….and a great goal to win it. A good night all round.”

The club agreed saying as of last night they were not aware of any arrests, ejections or trouble at the stadium.

However, supporters did complain rude stewards and security staff at last nights game attended by 39,877 fans. Many complained some of the 950 stewards were rude

Talk Sport Radio journalist and West Ham fan Ian Abrahams aka the Moose said on twitter “the journalist experience coming here is awful, the security company are the rudest bunch of people I have ever met”

West Ham season ticket holder Mark Gevaux aka the Rib Man said “the security , stewards and pretty much all of London stadium staff are rude and unhelpful ⚒”

There were alone with these thoughts:  One West Ham fan called Rachel posted “Can not believe how rude the stewards were to us outside the ground last night”  while another supporter called Joey said “David Gold these stewards are SO rude!! Don’t even check bags properly!!!”
