Oxford’s “massive disappointment”

Reece Oxford is this morning reported as being “massively disappointed” that his loan move to Borussia Monchengaldbach has been cut short.

Having made the move into the Bundesliga to gain more first–team experience he has failed to make a single appearance for the team.

Sunsport reports that sources have declared:  “Reece hoped the move to Germany would work out better than it has, but it’s time to come back.

“Monchengladbach play a certain way and had a system in place before they signed Reece, and for some reason he has not fitted into what they are doing.

“If he’s not going to feature after they were hammered 6-1, then when will he?”

The Hammers have been watching developments closely, with Oxford now set to return to East London in December.
