Lucas Paqueta has changed his agents over the last few weeks in a move similar to that enacted by Gianluca Scamacca.

There have been strong rumours that the Brazilian is much admired by the likes of Newcastle and that a summer offer could come in for him from manager Eddie Howe.

And given that Scamacca has been absent from the Irons side almost since the time he changed agents there are worries that the pair of them may be looking towards the Hammers exit door.

We were told exclusively this afternoon that Paqueta had decided and completed a new deal with a Brazilian agent and that various clubs were interested in the midfielder who is on a five year deal until 2027 with a year’s option attached.

With Declan Rice leaving and Tomas Soucek refusing a new contract at the moment it could become a difficult summer should Paqueta be on the search list of Premier League clubs.
