Dimi Payet turned up for training with the under 23s today and these pictures from Chadwell Heath show exactly what sort of state the Frenchman appears to be in right now.

That a European superstar should reduce himself to this situation is really pretty mind-blowing but I guess nothing in football should really surprise us anymore.

It certainly looks to most Payet watchers as though the bloke could lose a pound or two doesn’t it – here he is in before and after mode.
