Poll: Have you witnessed racism at the London Stadium?

A poll for Sky Sports News claims that 86% of fans have witnessed racism at a football match at least once, with the figure rising to 93% among supporters from a black, Asian or minority ethnic (BAME) background. One in five (20%) witness racism – including gestures, chants and abuse – often or every time they attend a match. That figure rises to more than one in four (26%) among BAME fans. Over 1,000 football fans – UK adults who attend multiple professional or semi-professional football matches each year – took part in the Sky survey they claim.

Speaking as a season ticket holder in block 113 in the West stand these are not figures I recognise. I have not personally heard racist gestures, chants on abuse since the move to the London Stadium. Of course they is always the exception to the rule as we have seen with the Salah incident against Liverpool but I truly believe these are the rare exceptions rather the epidemic the media would have us believe.

Maybe I am sheltered in my little corner of the London Stadium so I thought I would ask the question the same question in a Claret and Hugh poll.

Simple question for regular match going West Ham supporters at the London Stadium. Have you personally witnessed racism at once in the last two seasons at the former Olympic Stadium. Please only answer if you regularly attend West Ham matches and please answer truthfully.
