Jonathon Calleri will be allowed to leave West Ham at the end of his loan period at the end of the season.

The club has decided the striker has no future after a series of lack lustre displays and will make serious moves to shake up the striker position in a big way this summer.

Slaven Bilic has now seen enough of the 24 year old to be convinced that he doesn’t come close to fulfilling his requirements.

Calleri hit a new low yesterday when fluffing an amazingly good chance by choosing to produce a rabona in front of goal at Stoke leaving Bilic to defend the indefensible.

He claimed that such a shot would almost be more natural to the player – leaving everybody scratching their head at such an explanation.

Pundit Charlie Nicholas was even more gobsmacked declaring on Sky during the game: “He’s only gone and tried a ribena.”

It was nothing like as tasty as that Charlie and the final nail in the Calleri coffin as far as the Irons were concerned.
