And he added: “I know where I am and just get on with it and I have always given 100 per cent for this club for as long as I have been here and I will continue to do that.”
Speaking to london 24.com he shrugged when asked if it wasn’t dragging on a bit adding: : “It is not something that bothers me, it is just part of footballer and it is no big drama.”
He’s happy with life on the pitch declaring: ““Compared to last season we have got goalscorers up top and that I think is the biggest difference this time round.
“We have got better players out on the pitch. Winning when you are not playing well is a sign of a good team. Compared to last year when we weren’t playing well, we would have had to settle for a draw or we would lose.
“This time round we have been picking up points and winning games.”
