Report: Hammers have solid relationship with target’s club

West Ham have a solid relationship with Arnaut Danjuma’s club Villarreal, according to a new report in Spain.

We have reported that David Moyes is unsure over the potential of a deal for the winger but he is on the club’s shortlist as a potential addition to the forward line.

Danjuma can play on the wing and up front and it remains to be seen if the Irons will formalise their interest with an official bid.

As per Marca, the forward will not be allowed to leave the club for anything less than €40m, which equates to £34.4m.

And the Hammers could have something of an ace up their sleeve after forging a relationship with the Spanish club when they signed Pablo Fornals three years ago.

The Irons have recently signed Nayef Aguerd from Rennes and are now focusing on the permanent transfer of Alphonse Areola from PSG, which should be announced this week.
