West Ham are again being linked with a swoop for Ben Brereton Diaz at Blackburn Rovers.
Boss David Moyes is a big fan of the striker and considered a bid for the Chile international in the summer.
The Hammers ultimately opted against doing a deal for Brereton Diaz, as they secured the signing of Gianluca Scamacca instead.
However, Ex WHU Employee now reports that a new offer is being considered as Moyes looks to bolster his squad to battle relegation.
The 23-year-old has again been key for Blackburn this season and has scored nine goals in the Championship, with the club currently third in the table.
Brereton Diaz has a contract that expires at the end of the season and the Hammers may have an opportunity to convince the club to negotiate a deal.
Moyes is likely to have bigger priorities than signing a striker in January but we know he is a fan of the player, and a cut-price deal may appeal.
