West Ham have been linked with a mega £60m move for Dominic Calvert-Lewin!

The Sun reports that boss David Moyes is keen on a deal to sign the Everton striker as the Toffees look to raise funds after several years of overspending.

Moyes is said to be a huge fan of Calvert-Lewin, who has scored 56 goals in 179 appearances for the Toffees, although this season has been dogged by injury issues.

The report claims that Everton would demand £60m for him in this transfer window but that such a price is too rich for the Irons’ blood, and that boss Moyes will only be bidding for him if that price comes down.

Still, the Irons have new money after the investment of Daniel Kretinsky and could well have a bid bankrolled by the billionaire, but it seems as though this one is something of a pipe dream.

Indeed, we can’t see, for one second, the Hammers paying as much as £60m for a striker this month.
