Report: Toulouse reject initial bid for Diop

French media tonight claim Toulouse have rejected an initial bid of £13.2m for the 21-year-old centre-back Issa Diop.

A report on Le10Sport.com  claims the Hammers sent their proposal for Issa Diop last week saying an offer arrived on Olivier Sadran’s desk on Friday.

The precise amount is 15 million euros they added. Toulouse did not accept West Ham’s offer.  The French club expects more money to let go of their starlet and expect West Ham to come back with an improved offer.

The youngster was apparently being tracked by Arsenal, Spurs, Barcelona and Inter Milan earlier this year and crazy valuations of £30m to £44m.

The 21-year-old has been at the club since he was nine years old, after progressing through the various youth teams.
