Season ticket renewal announcement imminent

West Ham is expected to announce details of the season ticket renewal process for next season as early as today.

The club have already announced a freeze on season ticket prices if the Hammers stayed in the Premier League next season.

The renewal process is expected to start this week with supporters able to secure their seats for the 2020/2021 season despite not knowing when fans will be allowed to return.

Last week the club consulted with a number of supporter groups which included Hammers United and WHUISA.

Details of what percentage season ticket holders will be asked to pay upfront are not yet known, nor is the selection method of those who will bee allowed to attend if the London Stadium is forced to operate at a reduced capacity from October.

The impact of the global pandemic is likely to cause a number of logistical issues for the ticket office who may have shift thousands of supporters to different seats to met social distancing guidelines.
