Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has come under fire after posting a message on twitter defending West Ham owners David Sullivan and David Gold. On Sunday, Solhekol took to social media to post a tweet which could have composed by the owners themselves.
Solhekol posted: “West Ham owners Sullivan & Gold confronted by angry fans at Wigan. Fans want more signings. Senior figures understand frustration but unacceptable for owners to be treated this way.West Ham have 7th highest wage bill in league & close to wage cap limit. Owners doing all they can.”
One West Ham fan amongst many summed up the feelings of supporters as he replied on social media “Hello and welcome back to the latest episode of “David Sullivan forcing Kaveh Solhekol to tweet propaganda in return for transfer news”
