West Ham have not received a loan offer from Celtic for Robert Snodgrass nor would they allow it to happen they received on before transfer deadline on Monday at 11 pm.

The Daily Record in Scotland said ‘Celtic have made a loan move for Robert Snodgrass with Neil Lennon trying to land the former Scotland cap from West Ham United’ adding that sources in London expect a deal to be finalised before tomorrow’s deadline.

Sources close to the club insist no such offer has been made and would be swiftly rejected if it was received in the next 24 hours.

Snodgrass has no desire to leave West Ham on loan or otherwise and is said to be happy to fight for his place as a valued squad member.

Snodgrass has signed a new deal one year deal with the Hammers which takes him to the end of June 2021 with.an option for the 33-year-old midfielder’s stay at London Stadium to be extended by a further 12 months.
