West Ham season ticket holder Mark Gevaux, better known as the Rib Man for his succulent baby-back pork-rib meat stuffed into floury buns and topped with a lava-like splodge of his own hot sauce with a X-rate name hopes to move to the London Stadium very soon.

Nicknamed the “godfather of street food”, Gevaux  spent three seasons serving his famous ribs to West Ham fans from a pop up table outside the Boleyn Tavern on the corner of Green street and Barking road.

He describes his slow cooked pork as the best ribs in London and he also has a stall in Brick Lane. At the start of this season he moved to the Truman brewery on Fish Island a stone throw away from West Ham’s name ground but he always wanted to offer his unique street food at the London Stadium.
After lengthly discussions with West Ham and London Stadium caterers Delaware North his plans to have a stall at West Ham’s ground have moved a massive step closer.

Mark told ClaretandHugh: “Delaware North are coming to see the set up at the  Truman Brewery on Saturday, to try my Ribs and hopefully I could be setup by the Chelsea game in the next few weeks time if all goes well”

Mark has a significant role in the new Iron Men film which is due out in March.
