Still no season ticket decision

West Ham still haven’t decided how and what type of season tickets they they intend to issue for the new season.

Like most others I was reminded this morning via correspondence from the club that the renewal deadline is Monday June 14 at 5pm.

Having already paid for mine and the move to the Billy Bonds Stand from Bobby Moore Upper I took the opportunity of ringing the club to ask why they had circulated me.

I was assured that all was well with my payments and that it was standard procedure to circulate everybody with this stuff. Fair enough I guess so I took the opportunity of asking how and when I would get the seasons ticket and in what form.

There have been suggestions that it will be delivered to our phones rather in card form which seems odd given by the time the season comes around presumably we will be restriction free.

No answers yet I’m afraid with my customer service person explaining they were still working on things and making their way to a decision.

It’s to be hoped for everybody’s sake that they stick with the cards as I envisage long queues as people hunt for the app or e mail or on their phones.

Seems a pretty simple decision to me given that things need to be kept easy  across all age groups – some of the older folk who may not find it easy by smart phones and some younger people who don’t have one.
