Stoke City boss Mark Hughes is the latest Premier League chief to show an interest in Stewart Downing.

However, the Hammers remain unflinching in their determination to hold onto the £6million signing despite admitting there have been several bids.

The Potters have asked about the chances of taking him out of Upton Park and Leicester City but have received the same response as Leicester City and Sunderland…that he’s not for sale

The interest has come about because of suggestions that Tottenham are keen on landing Victor Moses from Chelsea  who was on loan at the Britannia Stadium last season.

ClaretandHugh was told earlier: “Nothing’s change, Stewart is not for sale.”
