Sullivan not engaged to new girlfriend

IDavid Sullivan has denied that he is engaged and currently planning to marry his  girlfriend, reality TV star Ampika Pickston.

The Sun newspaper.had reported that the Hammers chief shareholder and co chairman had proposed to the former Real Housewives Of Cheshire star on her 40th back in July.

However, Sullivan has revealed to us that there is no truth in the suggestion that anything other than a courtship is on the cards at this stage.

He said: “Yes. We’ve been going out for ten months, but we are not engaged.”

Sullivan split from  Emma Bento Hughes, mother of his children , through mutual agreement last October and the pair remain close friends.

Ampika, on Channel 5’s Rich House Poor House today, is splitting her time between her £2.6million home near Hale and his Essex mansion.

A  Sun source said: “There’s a big age gap but they are smitten. They’ve kept quiet for the best part of a year out of respect for their children and ex-partners but know they can’t keep a lid on this forever. David handed over a beautiful, 11½ carat, emerald-cut engagement ring. She said yes straightaway.”
