Supporters’ club find new venue

The West Ham Supporters’ Club have found a new venue starting at the upcoming Spurs match.

The 70-year-old organisation have agreed to an arrangement with ‘The Last Drop’ with exclusive use of their upstairs hospitality suite and outside terrace!

Where is The Last Drop? Well, you may know it through its former name of The Podium Bar, the closest bar to the London Stadium right next to the big red structure the ArcelorMittal Orbit!

They was a big drop in numbers attending Forman’s Restaurant so the club has agreed that the arrangement will continue until at least the New Year’s Day fixture against Bournemouth and providing it works for both parties the agreement will be extended.

The club hopes that this change to an exclusive venue will be well supported as we need to demonstrate to The Last Drop that the presence of the Supporters’ Club will be beneficial to both them and us!  The ‘Last Drop’ has agreed to provide discounted drinks exclusively for WHUSC members in the upstairs suite and they are expecting to receive the price list shortly.

For the Spurs match, the Matchday Bar will be open to members from 10:30 am and again after the match until 6:30 pm.  Entrance to the exclusive area will be via the rear door where you will have to show your membership card to security to gain entry. Once you get upstairs the club will scan your membership card as they did at Stour Space to ensure they have a record of members attending.

Subject to confirmation still but for Arsenal, they expect it will be open from 5 pm and for Leicester City and Bournemouth opening should be midday.
