Claret and Hugh are hearing multiple reports of confusion on the new digital season ticket using NFC technology and many fear chaos at the London Stadium come match day on Sunday.

West Ham has introduced a digital NFC pass for the whole season but many are saying their pass is missing or is not updating automatically.

The club have published a FAQ in an effort to assist supporters but there is concern the message will not get to everyone until it is too late.

If your season ticket pass is not updating you should check the expired passes section of your wallet and visit this link to follow the advice

Another option is to download your digital tickets to yourself via email like last season.

To achieve that visit https://www.eticketing.co.uk/whufc/ and log in, click on the icon of a head and shoulders top right and select manage tickets.

Select your ticket or tickets checkbox with your name and chose the download tickets option. They should arrive in your inbox within minutes.

You can then add them to your phone wallet or print them off.  This method disables the NFC pass for that game.

Finally, you can request a Plastic card if you struggling with the technology in general, many supporters have already theirs but there is no time to order one and receive it before Sunday’s game.
