Supporters’ group Hammers United have asked questions about West Ham’s ticket partner P1 Travel.

Back in June, the club announced that P1 Travel had become the exclusive official international ticket and hospitality reseller.

The supporters’ group say in reality anyone can buy tickets and there are few checks whether the buyer is an away supporter or not.

P1 Travel told Hammers United that while away supporters are not allowed they make no checks to ensure they are neutral supporters.

They were told ‘There is no need to prove you are not away fans but you must not wear the away team’s colours or clothing’

The club has refused to tell the Supporters group which sits on the Independent Supporters Committee how many tickets are assigned to P1 for each game claiming it si commercially sensitive. The club also claimed ‘The arrangement is a typical commercial partnership which all Premier League clubs have in place. It will not have any impact on Claret members ability to purchase tickets.’
