Ticket exchange and transfer schemes launched
Ticket Exchange Scheme
If you’re unable to attend a game you can make your season ticket available to be sold once the match is sold out via our new Ticket Exchange Service. Once your ticket has been exchanged, your Season Ticket card will be disabled for that game, while the buyer’s membership card will be activated. The credit for the ticket sale will be made available in your Season Ticket Holder account minus a 10% administrative charge.
Transfer your ticket to a family member or friend
A new Ticket Transfer system allows you to electronically transfer your matchday ticket to a family member or friend but only once the fixture has sold out. All you need to do to transfer your ticket is log on to eticketing.com and follow the instructions. Once you’ve transferred your ticket via your online account, your friend or family member will simply accept the transfer, print the coupon, and enjoy the match!
